Claire V's minimally treated, vegetable-tanned Italian cowhide is heavyweight and holds its structure. With a very light surface finish, the natural variance, color, and texture of the hide shows through. This leather will darken gently over time, with use and exposure to light, acquiring a lovely patina and enhancing its inherent beauty. Natural oils from your hands will add to its supple quality.
