Designed by Victoria Martínez Velasco, a designer and supporter of the textile arts. The dress is entirely made by hand by a cooperative of women in the valleys around Oaxaca. The one of a kind pieces are made of cotton panels (tela) joined together with traditional hand crochet. Woven mixtec geometric motifs at panels on shoulders.
